Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in HR/Social work/ Personnel Management/Industrial relations from a recognized University or its equivalent PG Diploma in the same area from a recognized institute OR Graduate in Engineering and Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent PG Diploma in Marketing is preferred.
Age Limit: 40 to 65 years
