Qualification: Candidates Possess a degree obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State act in India and have passed the test in English Shorthand @ 120 w.p.m.as prescribed in the Private Secretaries (English and Gujarati Stenographer, Grade-I) class-II Recruitment (Examination) Rules, 2010; held by the Gujarat Public Service Commission.
