Qualification : Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized board with minimum 50% marks. A speed test of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.

Pay Scale : Rs. 16188/- (Per Month)
Qualification : High School or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and Five years’ experience in community heath related field from a Government institution or recognized institute.
Age Limit : 28 years
3) Post Name : Field Attendant
No of Vacancy : 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 14910/- (Per Month)
Qualification : High School or equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
Age Limit : 25 years
Nationality : Indian
Job Location : Odisha
