- Qualification : A recognized Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part second of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or MBBS or equivalent Foreign/ Indian recognized qualification.
- Age Limit : 30 years
Nationality : Indian

For OBC (belonging to Delhi Only) : 3 years
For SC/ST candidate : 5 years
