- Junior Manager: Candidates must have passed an MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare / MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Assistant Manager: Candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree / Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
